Just know that if you keep up with it, that boss will almost NEVER kill you, it's a skill, situational awareness, and mostly a preparedness thing. Once you can beat this boss it's going to be soon when you beat the trone. If you find a jackhammer keep it to help you through Stage 5-3 and the throne, its quick melee attacks make you immune from projectiles while firing. Try using crystal because the shield helps a lot.
